Orange F.O.O.D Week event: Vintage Dinner with guest chef Joel Bickford (Aria) at Philip Shaw Wines.
Saturday 10th April, 7pm.
Join us at the Cellar Door as we welcome Joel Bickford, executive chef of Aria Sydney for a four-course menu celebrating 30 years of Orange F.O.O.D Week, perfectly paired with Philip Shaw Wines.
Growing up on a property on the outskirts of a rural Blue Mountains town, Joel’s less-is-more approach to cooking is rooted in a lifelong connection to nature and a deep reverence for his ingredients and their unique regional qualities.
From the farm to the kitchen, Joel believes that Australia’s ingredients, its artisan producers and the culinary community are among the world’s best and feels blessed to be able showcase the quality, diversity and talent of the Australian food industry at Aria.
