Chef Best at Philip Shaw Wines

Mark Best, one of Australia's most celebrated chefs and a pioneer of the new Australian Cuisine, will be cooking an exclusive dinner at Philip Shaw Winery on Sunday April 3.

Amongst his many accolades Best has been awarded the Josephine Pignolet Award, Chef of the Year in the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide, Restaurant of the Year in Australian Gourmet Traveller and the SMH Good Food Guide, three consecutive appearances in the San Pellegrino World's 50 Best and has held three hats in the SMH Good Food Guide for 10 years running.
