We’re bringing the best pizza chef in Sydney, Enrico Sgarbossa to the Cellar Door for a special Orange Wine Festival dinner!
Beginning his career in Abruzzo, Southern Italy, Enrico has studied, trained and cooked with the best pizza chefs in the world and in 2014 won Best Pizza in Italy (from his restaurant in Sydney).
Join us for this very special pizza event Friday 18th October, 6pm at the Philip Shaw Cellar Door.
$65 per person – 4 course set menu. Our full selection of Philip Shaw Wines are available for purchase.
Enrico is a flour technician teacher and owns Al Taglio in Surry Hills, where he instills his passion for fresh and sustainable ingredients and products from start to finish.

It’s been 30 years since Philip Shaw planted our Koomooloo Vineyard and began the journey in establishing Orange as the premium wine region we’re known as today.
We’re celebrating this special occasion with a luncheon at the vineyard and winery.
