Join our table for a Bushfire Benefit Dinner – at 6pm on Sunday 26th Jan, Australia Day – to raise money for the NSW RFS crews and victims of the devastating bushfires we’ve seen over this summer.
100% of funds raised will be donated to NSW RFS and bushfire victims.
In the spirit of collaboration, we’re bringing some great chefs and wineries of Orange together, for a dinner and auction night. A five course set menu will be prepared by:
Richard Learmonth (Sisters Rock), Chris Tudor (Byng St), Francesco Zarrella (Philip Shaw Wines), Dom Aboud & Matt Benson (Union Bank) and Liam O’Brien (Charred Kitchen and Bar).
Orange wineries are coming together to pair wines with each course and there will be an auction of sponsored items to raise additional funds on the night.
$180 per person includes – 5 course set-menu with paired wines and drink on arrival.Sunday 26th January, 5.45pm (for a 6pm start).
Hosted at the Philip Shaw Cellar Door, 100 Shiralee Road, Orange.
Transport to and from venue:
A courtesy bus will be provided by Apple City tours – leaving from the Orange Information Centre at 5.30pm. Return bus will leave from Philip Shaw Wines at 11pm.
