Beginning his career in Abruzzo, Southern Italy, Enrico has studied, trained and cooked with the best pizza chefs in the world and in 2014 won Best Pizza in Italy (from his restaurant in Sydney).

Enrico is a flour technician teacher and owns Al Taglio in Surry Hills, where he instills his passion for fresh and sustainable ingredients and products from start to finish.

Koomooloo 30th Anniversary Lunch


It’s been 30 years since Philip Shaw planted our Koomooloo Vineyard and began the journey in establishing Orange as the premium wine region we’re known as today.
We’re celebrating this special occasion with a luncheon at the vineyard and winery.

Saturday 26th October, 2019 commencing Midday.

$175 per person. Your ticket includes a delicious long lunch featuring local produce, paired with our best current and museum wines. Return coach transfer from Orange CBD is provided for this event.

We’re open!

Cellar Door and Tasting Room is open everyday 11am to 5pm for wine tasting and sales. Experience our elegant cool climate wines, in a relaxed seated environment.

Tasting Selections:

CHARACTERS – 6 Character series wines, $10 per person (waived on any bottle purchase).

KOOMOOLOO – 7 selected Number series wines with small  plate, $20 per person ($10 waived on purchase of two or more bottles).

WINEMAKERS PAIRING – showcasing 9 selected Number series wines, perfectly paired with Dan Shaw’s Tasting Plate – the perfect wine and food tasting experience. $45 per person ($25 waived on purchase of six bottles)
